Marla is experienced in teaching many formats including dance fitness, mat Pilates, TRX, strength training, stretch, foam rolling and Silver Sneakers. She encourages you to join her for a class or work with her one on one.
Marla comes to the fitness industry from a strong dance and theatre background. She is an award-winning choreographer and continues to work on theatrical productions. She is passionate about moving for all levels and all ages.
